Commerce has issued preliminary determinations in the sixth administrative review of the antidumping duty order on mushrooms from China covering the period February 1, 2004 through January 31, 2005.

Commerce has preliminarily rescinded the review with respect Green Fresh Foods (Zhangzhou) Co., Ltd. because its single shipment of subject merchandise entered the U.S. after the period of review.
Commerce applied adverse facts available to PHX because it failed to cooperate and withdrew from the review after the deadline. Commerce also applied adverse facts available to Gerber and Guangxi Yulin because they failed to cooperate and withheld information.
The preliminary determinations in administrative reviews have no effect on duty deposits. Any change in duty deposits must wait until final determinations, due in early July.
