Commerce has issued preliminary determinations in its new shipper review of the antidumping duty margins on certain preserved mushrooms from China covering the period February 1, 2005 through August 15, 2005:

Guangxi Eastwing Trading Co./Raoping CXF Foods, Inc. -- 104.32
Commerce preliminarily determined that sales have been made below normal value with respect to Guangxi Eastwing Trading Co. The preliminary determinations in administrative reviews have no effect on duty deposits. Any change in duty deposits must wait until final determinations, due in November.
