Mushrooms from China - New Shipper Review Initiated and Extension of Time Limit for Final Results of New Shipper Review
For the periods February 1, 2006 through July 31, 2006, and February 1, 2006 through August 15, 2005, respectively.

The Department of Commerce initiated a new shipper review covering the period February 1, 2006 through July 31, 2006 for mushrooms from China produced and exported by Guangxi Jisheng Foods, Inc. Preliminary results are due in March.
Commerce also extended the time limit for completion of the final results of the new shipper review of the antidumping duty order on mushrooms from China covering the period February 1, 2005 through August 15, 2005.
The final results in the new shipper review of Guangxi Eastwing Trading Co, originally due late September, will be published by November 9.
