For the period February 1, 2005 through January 31, 2006.

Monday, November 6, 2006

Commerce has issued preliminary determinations in the administrative reviews of the antidumping duty margins on mushrooms from China and India covering the period February 1, 2005 through January 31, 2006.

Company -- Preliminary Margin

China
China Processed Food Import & Export Co. (which includes its affiliates China National Cereals, Oils & Foodstuffs Import & Export Corp., COFCO (Zhangzhou) Food Industrial Co., Ltd., Xiamen Jiahua Import & Export Trading Co., Ltd., and Fujian Yu Xing Fruit & Vegetable Foodstuff Development Co.) -- 195.85

Primera Harvest Co., Ltd. -- 195.85

Guangxi Eastwing Co., Ltd. -- 195.85

PRC-Wide Rate (which applies to the following companies that failed to qualify for a separate rate in this review: Gerber, Green Fresh, Guangxi Hengxian and Guangxi Yulin) -- 198.63

Adverse facts available were applied to Green Fresh, Guangxi Hengxian, Guangxi Yulin and Gerber because they failed to cooperate and withheld information. For this review, COFCO, COFCO Zhangzhou, Xiamen, Jiahua and Yu Xing are considered as a single entity.

India
Agro Dutch Industries, Ltd. -- 0.61

The preliminary determinations in administrative reviews have no effect on duty deposits. Any change in duty deposits must wait until final determinations due in February.
