Commerce has issued the final results in its administrative review of mushrooms from China covering the period February 1, 2005 through January 31, 2006.
The final results, which differ from the preliminary results, are as follows:

and Fujian Zishan Group Co. Ltd.)
Commerce applied adverse facts available to the PRC-wide entity, including Gerber, Green Fresh, Guangxi Hengxian and Guangxi Yulin, because they failed to cooperate and withheld information.
Commerce determined that Fujian Zishan is not subject to this review or entitled to a separate rate as it is no longer part of COFCO.
