Thursday, April 2, 2009

Commerce has issued preliminary determinations in its new shipper review of the antidumping duty margins on certain preserved mushrooms from China covering the period February 1, 2008 through July 31, 2008:

Exporter/Manufacturer -- Preliminary Margin

Zhejiang Iceman -- 0.0

Zhangzhou Gangchang -- 0.0 Commerce preliminarily determined that the sales made by Zhejiang Iceman and Zhangzhou Gangchang of subject merchandise were not made below normal value.

The preliminary determinations in administrative reviews have no effect on duty deposits. Any change in duty deposits must wait until final determinations, due in July.
