Mushrooms from China - Preliminary Results of New Shipper Review

Commerce has issued preliminary determinations in the eighth new shipper review of the antidumping duty margins on certain preserved mushrooms from China covering the period February 1, 2004 through January 31, 2005:

Commerce preliminarily determined that sales have not been made at less than normal value by Blue Field. The preliminary determinations in administrative reviews have no effect on duty deposits. Any change in duty deposits must wait until final determinations, due in October.
