For the period February 1, 2002 through January 31, 2003.

Wednesday, September 14, 2005

Commerce has issued the final results in its administrative review of mushrooms from China covering the period February 1, 2002 through January 31, 2003.

The final results, which differ from the preliminary results, are as follows:

Company -- Preliminary Margin / Final Margin
China Processed Food Import & Export Co. (COFCO) -- 38.25 / 1.50
Green Fresh Foods (Zhangzhou) Co., Ltd. -- 153.93 / 167.72
Guangxi Hengxian Pro-Light Foods Co. -- 49.98 / 22.27
Shandong Jiufa Edible Fungus Corporation Ltd. -- 65.57 / 3.97
Xiamen International Trade & Industrial Co. Ltd. -- 8.69 / 0.24 (de minimus)
Guangxi Yulin Oriental Food Co. Ltd. -- 8.92 / 198.63
PRC-Wide Rate -- 198.63 / 198.63

Commerce rescinded the review of the following companies because these companies did not export subject merchandise during the period of review:

Guangxi Yizhou
Minhui
Nanning Runchao
Primera Harvest
Raoping Xingyu and its affiliate Raoping YucunShenxian Dongxing
Shenzhen Qunxingyuan
SuperluckyTak Fat and its affiliate Mei WeiZhongjia

Commerce determined that Dingyuan, Zhangzhou Jingxiang and Shantou Hongda do not qualify for a separate rate due to lack of response.

Commerce has assigned Gerber the PRC-wide rate of 198.63 because it determined that Gerber has not acted to the best of its ability in its reporting of information. Commerce also set the final rate for Guangxi Yulin at the PRC-wide rate because Commerce said it did not cooperate to the best of its ability.
