Commerce has issued preliminary determinations in the administrative review of the antidumping duty margins on certain preserved mushrooms from India covering the period February 1, 2004 through January 31, 2005.
Company -- Preliminary Margin
Agro Dutch Foods, Ltd. -- 1.59
The preliminary determinations in administrative reviews have no effect on duty deposits. Any change in duty deposits must wait until final determinations due in March.
