The International Trade Commission issued its determination in the sunset review of the antidumping duty order on mushrooms from Chile, China, India and Indonesia, finding that revocation of the antidumping duty order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping. ITC reported its finding to Commerce. Commerce has also made an affirmative determination and is expected to publish the order of continuation in the Federal Register by November 15.
