The Department of Commerce issued an opportunity to request an administrative review during the anniversary month of December on the following antidumping duty order covering the period December 1, 2003 through November 30, 2004:
Chile Certain Preserved Mushrooms, A-337-804
Any interested party wishing to request an administrative review may due so by the last day of December 2004 by submitting six copies of the request to the Assistant Secretary for Import Administration, International Trade Administration, Room 1870, U.S. Department of Commerce, 14th Street & Constitution Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20230. A copy should also be sent to the Office of Antidumping/Countervailing Enforcement, Attention: Sheila Forbes, in room 3065 of the main Commerce Building.
Members importing mushrooms from Chile may wish to ensure their suppliers are aware of this timetable.
