Commerce has issued preliminary determinations in the fifth administrative review of the antidumping duty order on mushrooms from China covering the period February 1, 2003 through January 31, 2004.

Company -- Preliminary Margin

Green Fresh Foods (Zhangzhou) Co., Ltd. -- 153.93
Guangxi Hengxian Pro-Light Foods, Inc. -- 49.98
Guangxi Yulin Oriental Food Co., Ltd. -- 8.92

Shantou Hongda -- 198.63
Xiamen International Trade & Industrial Co., Ltd. -- 8.69
Zhangzhou Jingxiang -- 198.63

Commerce has preliminarily rescinded the review with respect to Guangxi Yizhou, Minhui, Nanning Runchao, Primera Harvest, Raoping Xingyu and its affiliate Raoping Yucun, Shenxian Dongxing, Shenzhen Qunxingyuan, Superlucky, Tak Fat and its affiliate Mei Wei, and Zhongjia, because these companies did not export subject merchandise during the period of review.

Commerce applied partial adverse facts available to Green Fresh because it failed to provide critical information needed. Total adverse facts available were applied to Dingyuan, Shantou Hongda and Zhangzhou Jingxiang because these companies failed to cooperate. Additionally, Shantou Hongda stated it no longer intended to participate in the review.

The preliminary determinations in administrative reviews have no effect on duty deposits. Any change in duty deposits must wait until final determinations, due in early June.
