Commerce has issued preliminary determinations in the administrative review of the antidumping duty margins on certain preserved mushrooms from India covering the period February 1, 2003 through January 31, 2004.

Although certain deficiencies exist in the cost of production (COP) responses from Flex Foods, Commerce did not apply adverse facts available because Flex Foods continued to cooperate. Flex Foods will be issued an additional supplemental questionnaire to allow it a final opportunity to address the remaining deficiencies in its COP responses prior to issuance of final results.
The preliminary determinations in administrative reviews have no effect on duty deposits. Any change in duty deposits must wait until final determinations due in June.
