Partial Recission of AD Review

On March 26 Commerce published a notice of initiation of an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on mushrooms from India for the period February 1, 2003 through January 31, 2004 on the following companies:
Agro Dutch Foods, Ltd.
Dinesh Agro Products Ltd.
Flex Foods, Ltd.
Himalaya International, Ltd.
Premier Mushroom Farms
Saptarishi Agro Industries, Ltd.
Weikfield Agro Products, Ltd. Commerce is rescinding the administrative review of Dinesh Agro, Himalaya and Saptarishi Agro because the petitioners have withdrawn their request for review.
The review will continue with respect to Agro Dutch, Flex Foods, Premier and Weikfield.
