Apple Juice from China - ITC Schedules Expedited Sunset Review
To determine whether this order should be continued for the next five years or revoked.
Further to our notice of May 2, the U.S. International Trade Commission has scheduled an expedited review of the antidumping duty order on non-frozen concentrated apple juice from China. The sunset review will determine whether revocation of the order would be likely to lead to a continuation or recurrence of material injury.
Comments and written statements must be submitted by September 6.
