Commerce has determined that revocation of the antidumping duty order on non-frozen apple juice concentrate from China would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping. Since ITC issued its determination on October 21 finding that revocation of the antidumping duty order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time, Commerce published notice of the continuation of the antidumping duty order on NFAJC from China.
