Apple Juice from China - Preliminary Results of AD Review
For the period June 1, 2007 through May 31, 2008.
Commerce has issued preliminary results in its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on non-frozen apple juice concentrate from China covering the period June 1, 2007 through May 31, 2008. The rates were set as follows:

Itochu Corporation -- 0.0
The PRC-wide rate was not reviewed and remains 51.74 percent.
The preliminary determinations in administrative reviews have no effect on duty deposits. Any change in duty deposits must wait until final determinations, due in September.
