The Department of Commerce issued final results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on pasta from Turkey for the period of July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2003. The final results, which differ from the preliminary results, are as follows:

The All Other rate remains 51.49 percent.
Commerce also issued final results of the seventh administrative review of the antidumping duty order on pasta from Italy covering the period July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2003. The final results, which differe from the preliminary results, are as follows:

Commerce revoked the antidumping duty order with respect to Ferrara and Lensi because each company sold the subject merchandise at not less than normal value for three consecutive years.
