Pasta from Turkey - Preliminary Results of Countervailing Duty Review

Commerce has issued preliminary results in its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on pasta from Turkey during the period Jan. 1, 2004 through Dec. 31, 2004. Commerce preliminarily determined that Gidasa Sabanci Gida Sanayi ve Ticaret did not receive countervailable subsidies during the period of review. If the final results remain the same as the preliminary results, Commerce will liquidate without regard to countervailing duties.
