Commerce has issued final results in its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on pasta from Italy covering the period Jan. 1, 2004 through Dec. 31, 2004. The final results, which remain the same as the preliminary results, are as follows:

Commerce rescinded the reviews of Pallante, Laporta and Tomasello because the requests for review were withdrawn.
Commerce revoked the order in part for Pasta Lensi because Pasta Lensi did not receive countervailable subsidies during the POR and had zero net subsidy rates in its four previous administrative reviews.
