Commerce has issued final results in its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on pasta from Turkey covering the period Jan. 1, 2004 through Dec. 31, 2004. Commerce determined that Gidasa Sabanci Gida Sanayi ve Ticaret did not receive countervailable subsidies during the period of review.
The final results, which remain the same as the preliminary results, are as follows:
