Pasta from Italy - Final Results of 10th Antidumping Review
For the period July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2006.

Tuesday, December 11, 2007

The Department of Commerce issued final results in its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on pasta from Italy for the period July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2006. The final results, which differ from the preliminary results, are as follows:

Company -- Preliminary Rate (%) / Final Rate (%)

Rummo -- 1.54 / 1.41

Commerce rescinded the review of Industria Alimentare Colavita S.p.A. (Indalco) as well as Corticella Moline e Pastifici S.p.A. and its affiliate Pasta Combattenti S.p.A. (collectively Corticella/Combattenti) because the requests for review were withdrawn. Commerce rescinded the review of Atar because it determined that Atar is not the producer of subject merchandise.

The all-other rate was not reviewed and remains 15.45 percent.
