Pasta from Turkey - Changed-Circumstances Review Initiated

The Department of Commerce issued a notice of initiation of changed-circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on pasta from Turkey. Commerce is conducting the review to determine whether Marsan Gida Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. (Marsan) is the successor-in-interest to Gidasa Sabanci Gida Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. (Gidasa).
Final results are expected in October.
