Pasta from Italy - Final Results of New Shipper AD Review
For the period of July 1, 2003 through June 30, 2004.
The Department of Commerce issued final results of the new shipper review of the antidumping duty order on pasta from Italy for the period of July 1, 2003 through June 30, 2004. The margin for Atar, S.r.L. was set at zero, as was done in the preliminary results.
The cash deposit rate for subject merchandise manufactured and exported by Atar will be zero. The cash deposit rate for entries exported by Atar but not manufactured by Atar will continue to be the all other rate of 11.26 percent.
