Final Results for Ecuador and Extension for China

Ecuador:

Commerce has issued the final results in its new shipper review of the antidumping duty order of frozen warmwater shrimp from Ecuador covering the period August 4, 2004 through July 31, 2005.

The final results, which differ from the preliminary results, are as follows:

Company -- Preliminary Margin / Final Margin

Studmark, S.A. -- 12.53 / 9.20

The “all other” rate was not reviewed and remains 3.58 percent.

China:

Commerce extended the time limit for completion of the final results of the new shipper review of the antidumping duty order on frozen warmwater shrimp from China covering the period July 16, 2004 through July 31, 2005.

The final results, originally due in late September will now be published by November 24.
