Pistachios from Iran - Opportunity to Request Administrative Review
for the period July 1, 2004 through June 30, 2005.
The Department of Commerce issued an opportunity to request an administrative review during the anniversary month of July on the following antidumping duty order covering the period 7/1/04 – 6/30/05:
Iran -- In-Shell Pistachio Nuts, A-507-502
Any interested party wishing to request an administrative review may due so by the last day of July 2005 by submitting six copies of the request to the Assistant Secretary for Import Administration, International Trade Administration, Room 1870, U.S. Department of Commerce, 14th Street & Constitution Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20230. A copy should also be sent to the Office of Antidumping/Countervailing Enforcement, Attention: Sheila Forbes, in room 3065 of the main Commerce Building.
