Commerce has issued the final results in its expedited sunset review of in-shell raw pistachios from Iran. The review was expedited due to lack of response from foreign companies.
In a ruling typical for sunset reviews, Commerce ruled that revocation of the order would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at the following percentage weighted-average margins:
Manufacturers/Exporters/Producers -- Weighted Margin %
RPPC -- 241.14
Nima/Maghsoudi -- 241.14
Nima/Razi -- 241.14
All other Iranian growers/producers and exporters -- 241.14
