Pistachios from Iran - Initiation of Administrative Review
For the period January 1, 2004 through December 31, 2004
The Department of Commerce initiated administrative reviews of the countervailing duty orders with March anniversary dates. Members who did business with the company listed below during the time period being reviewed are urged to contact that company to ensure it cooperates with Commerce and provides all of the requested information. In instances in which foreign firms do not cooperate with Commerce, the highest duty possible is assessed and the importer is forced to pay that duty.

Tehran Nima Trading Co., Inc., trading as Nima Trading Company Commerce expects to issue final results not later than March 31, 2006.
