The USTR published information relating to competitive need limitations under the GSP program. Comments are due by April 22.
The following products handled by some AFI members exceeded the competitive need limit by having been exported in excess of $115 million or by an amount greater than 50 percent of the total U.S. import value in 2004. They will likely lose GSP status as of July 1.
