Pineapple from Thailand - ITC Determination on Sunset Review
ITC has reported its findings to the Dept. of Commerce.
The International Trade Commission issued its determination in the five-year review of the antidumping duty order on canned pineapple fruit from Thailand, finding that revocation of the antidumping duty order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time. ITC reported its finding to Commerce.
