The Department of Commerce issued preliminary determinations in the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on canned pineapple from Thailand for the period of July 1, 2003 through June 30, 2004. The weighted-average margins are as follows:

Vita Food Factory (1989) Co. Ltd. -- 9.12
Thai Pineapple Canning Industry Corp., Ltd. (TPC) -- 51.16
Because TPC declined to cooperate in the verification process, Commerce applied total facts available when calculating TPC’s dumping margin.
Commerce is rescinding the review with respect to The Parchuab Fruit Canning Co. (PRAFT) because PRAFT had no entries of the subject merchandise during the period of review.
Any change in duty deposits must wait until final determinations in December.
