The Department of Commerce issued preliminary determinations in the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on canned pineapple from Thailand for the period of July 1, 2004 through June 30, 2005. The weighted-average margins are as follows:

Vita Food Factory (1989) Co. Ltd. -- 16.14
Tropical Food Industries Co., Ltd. (TROFCO) -- 51.16
Because TROFCO failed to cooperate and did not respond to requests for information, Commerce applied adverse facts available when calculating TROFCO’s dumping margin.
Commerce is rescinding the review with respect to The Prachuab Fruit Canning Co. (PRAFT) because PRAFT had no entries of the subject merchandise during the period of review.
Any change in duty deposits must wait until final determinations due in February.
