The Department of Commerce has issued a preliminary determination in the sunset review of the antidumping duty margins on canned pineapple from Thailand. As is nearly always the case, Commerce ruled revocation of the order would lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping. The real work in sunset reviews is done by the International Trade Commission.
Commerce said revocation of the order would lead to dumping at the following weighted-average margins:
Manufacturer/Exporter/Producer -- Margin (%)
SAICO -- 51.16
Malee -- 41.74
All Others -- 24.64
