The Department of Commerce issued an opportunity to request an administrative review during the anniversary month of May on the following antidumping duty order:

Country: Brazil

Case No.: Frozen Concentrated Orange Juice, A-351-605

Period of Review: 5/1/04 – 8/4/04

Any interested party wishing to request an administrative review may due so by the last day of May 2005 by submitting six copies of the request to the Assistant Secretary for Import Administration, International Trade Administration, Room 1870, U.S. Department of Commerce, 14th Street & Constitution Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20230. A copy should also be sent to the Office of Antidumping/Countervailing Enforcement, Attention: Sheila Forbes, in room 3065 of the main Commerce Building.

Members importing frozen orange juice from Brazil may wish to ensure their suppliers are aware of this timetable.
