Commerce has issued the final results in its expedited sunset review of non-frozen apple juice concentrate from China. The review was expedited due to lack of response from foreign companies.
In a ruling typical for sunset reviews, Commerce ruled that revocation of the order would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at the following percentage weighted-average margins:
