Commerce has issued the final results in its administrative review of frozen fish fillets from Vietnam covering the period August 1, 2005 through July 31, 2006.
The final results, which differ from the preliminary results, are as follows:

Regarding Lian Heng, entries which are not accompanied by a country of origin certification stating that the entry is not produced from Vietnamese-origin fish are subject to the Vietnam-wide rate of 63.88 percent.
Extension of Time – Preliminary Results New Shipper Review
On October 9 Commerce published a notice of initiation of new shipper reviews of the antidumping duty order on frozen fish fillets from Vietnam covering the period August 1, 2006 through July 31, 2007. Commerce determined these new shipper reviews involve extraordinarily complicated methodological issues and is extending the time limit for the preliminary results from March 24 until July 22.
Extension of Time – Final Results New Shipper Review
Commerce is also extending the time limit for the final results of the new shipper review of the antidumping duty order on frozen fish from Vietnam covering the period August 1, 2006 through January 31, 2007. The final results, currently due April 21, are extended until May 21.
