Frozen Fish Fillets from Vietnam - Preliminary Results of AD Review

Commerce has issued preliminary results in its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on frozen fish from Vietnam covering the period August 1, 2004 through July 31, 2005. The rates were set as follows:
Company -- Rate
Cataco -- 80.88
QVD -- 66.34
Vietnam-wide rate -- 66.34
The Vietnam-wide rate includes Mekonimex, Cafatex, Afiex, Navico, Phan Quan, ANTESCO, Anhaco, Binh Dinh and Vinh Long.
Adverse facts available were applied to Cataco because it failed to cooperate to the best of its ability.
The preliminary determinations in administrative reviews have no effect on duty deposits. Any change in duty deposits must wait until final determinations, due in December.
