On September 28 Commerce initiated a new shipper review of the antidumping duty order on certain frozen fish fillets from Vietnam for the period August 1, 2005 through July 31, 2006 on 29 companies. Commerce is rescinding the review of East Sea Seafoods Joint Venture Co. because the company withdrew its request for review.
