Frozen Fish Fillets from Vietnam - Amended Final Results of A/D Review

The Department of Commerce issued a notice of amended final results in its administrative review of antidumping duty margins on frozen fish fillets from Vietnam. As a result of corrections of ministerial errors in the final results, Commerce revised the weighted-average dumping margins as follows for the following companies covering the period August 1, 2004 through July 31, 2005:

Exporter/Manufacturer -- Original Margin / Amended Margin
QVD -- 21.23 / 15.01
CATACO -- 80.88 / 80.88
Vietnam-Wide Rate* -- 63.88 / 63.88

* The Vietnam-wide Entity includes Can Tho Animal Fishery Products Processing Export Enterprise (“Cafatex”), Mekong Fish Company (“Mekonimex”), Nam Viet Company, Ltd. (“Navico”), Phan Quan Trading Co., Ltd. (“Phan Quan”), An Giang Agriculture Technology Service Company (“ANTESCO”), Anhaco, Binh Dinh Import Export Company (“Binh Dinh”), Vinh Long Import-Export Company (“Vinh Long”), and An Giang Agriculture and FoodsImport-Export Company (“Afiex”).
