Quarterly Update to Annual Listing of Foreign Government Subsidies on Articles of Cheese Subject to an In-Quota Rate of Duty: The Department has developed, in consultation with the Secretary of
Agriculture, information on subsidies (as defined in section 702(h) of
the Act) being provided either directly or indirectly by foreign
governments on articles of cheese subject to an in-quota rate of duty.

Duty Reductions in Miscellaneous Tariff Bill: The bill must be signed by the president within 10 days of when it was passed – August 6. If not, it automatically becomes a law at that point. There’s no indication the president will not sign the bill, so it’s possible it will go into effect before August 6.
