Shrimp from China
Commerce initiated a new shipper review covering the period February 1, 2006 through July 31, 2006 for frozen warmwater shrimp from China produced and exported by Maoming Changxing Foods Co., Ltd. (MCFC).
Preliminary results are due in March.
Frozen Fish from Vietnam
Commerce has initiated administrative reviews of the antidumping duty orders with August anniversary dates. Members who did business with any firms listed below during the time periods being reviewed are urged to contact those companies to ensure those companies cooperate with Commerce and provide all of the requested information. In instances in which foreign firms do not cooperate with Commerce, the highest duty possible is assessed and the importer is forced to pay that duty.
