Final Results of Sunset Review on IQF Red Raspberries from Chile
The International Trade Administration has revoked the antidumping duty order on IQF red raspberries from Chile.

Friday, July 20, 2007

The International Trade Administration has revoked the antidumping duty order on IQF red raspberries from Chile because no domestic party expressed interest in participating in the sunset review.

This means that as of July 9, imports of IQF red raspberries from Chile will no longer be subject to any additional duties.
