Mushrooms from China - Final Results of AD Reviews
For the period February 1, 2004 through January 31, 2005.

Tuesday, July 18, 2006

Commerce has issued the final results in its administrative review of mushrooms from China covering the period February 1, 2004 through January 31, 2005.

The final results, which differ from the preliminary results, are as follows:

Company -- Preliminary Margin / Final Margin

Raoping Yucun Canned Foods Factory -- 123.42 / 113.84

PRC-Wide Entity -- 198.63 / 198.63
(including Primera Harvest Xiangfan (PHX) Inc., Gerber Food (Yunnan) Co., Ltd. and Guangxi Yulin Oriental Food Co., Ltd.)

Based on comments received since the preliminary results, Commerce made changes to surrogate value calculations that affect the margin calculation for Raoping Yucun.

Commerce rescinded the review with respect Green Fresh Foods (Zhangzhou) Co., Ltd. because it did not export subject merchandise during the period of review.

Commerce applied adverse facts available to PHX, Gerber and Guangxi Yulin because they failed to cooperate and withheld information.
