Mushrooms from India - Partial Rescission of AD Review
For the period February 1, 2005 through January 31, 2006.
On April 5 Commerce published a notice of initiation of an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on mushrooms from India for the period February 1, 2005 through January 31, 2006 on Agro Dutch and Himalya International.
Commerce is rescinding the administrative review with respect to Himalya because the petitioner withdrew its request for review. The review will continue with respect to Agro Dutch.
