Commerce has issued the final results in its administrative review of mushrooms from India for the period February 1, 2005 through January 31, 2006.

The final results remain the same as the preliminary results, as follows:

The all-other rate was not reviewed and remains at 11.30 percent.

Partial Extension of Time Limit for Final Results on AD Review of Mushrooms from China

Commerce extended the time limit for completion of the final results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on mushrooms from China covering the period February 1, 2005 through January 31, 2006. The final results, originally due March 6, will be published by August 3.

Opportunity to Request Administrative Review

The Department of Commerce issued an opportunity to request an administrative review during the anniversary month of February on the following antidumping duty orders covering the period February 1, 2006 through January 31, 2007:

India - Certain Preserved Mushrooms, A-533-813

Indonesia - Certain Preserved Mushrooms, A-560-802

China - Certain Preserved Mushrooms, A-570-851

Any interested party wishing to request an administrative review may due so by the last day of February 2007 by submitting six copies of the request to the Assistant Secretary for Import Administration, International Trade Administration, Room 1870, U.S. Department of Commerce, 14th Street & Constitution Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20230. A copy should also be sent to the Office of Antidumping/Countervailing Enforcement, Attention: Sheila Forbes, in room 3065 of the main Commerce Building.
