Mushrooms from China - Amended Final Results of Antidumping Review
For the 2001-2002 period of review.
On September 16, the U. S. Court of International Trade (CIT) sustained the Department of Commerce's results of redetermination pursuant to the CIT's remand. With the final court decision in this case, Commerce is amending the final results of the 2001-2002 administrative review. The margin for Gerber Food Yunnan Co. (Gerber) was changed from 198.63 percent to 92.11 percent and for Green Fresh from 84.26 percent to 31.55 percent.
