ITC Schedules Expedited Sunset Reviews on Mushrooms from Chile, China, India and Indonesia
Comments and written statements must be submitted by February 23.
Further to our notice of October 6, the U.S. International Trade Commission has scheduled expedited reviews of the antidumping duty order on mushrooms from Chile, China, India and Indonesia. The sunset reviews will determine whether revocation of the order would be likely to lead to a continuation or recurrence of material injury.
Comments and written statements must be submitted by February 23.
