Mushrooms from China - Court Decision Not in Harmony with Commerce Final Determination
For the period February 1, 2002 through January 31, 2003.

Commerce published a notice saying that a decision by the U.S. Court of International Trade is “not in harmony” with Commerce’s final determination in the less-than-fair-value investigation of certain preserved mushrooms from China covering the period February 1, 2002 through January 31, 2003.
The department’s redetermination changed the final determination dumping margin for Gerber from 198.63 percent to 22.84 percent and for Green Fresh from 42.90 percent to 15.83 percent.
Liquidation of entries of subject merchandise for the time period in question will continue to be suspended until the period for an appeal expires or until an appeal is conducted and a final decision is rendered.
