Pasta from Italy - Preliminary Results of Countervailing Duty Review
For the period Janury 1, 2005 through December 31, 2005.
Commerce has issued preliminary results in its administrative review of the countervailing duty orders on pasta from Italy during the period Jan. 1, 2005 through Dec. 31, 2005. The rates were set as follows:
Company -- Rate
De Matteis Agroalimetare S.p.A. -- 1.97
Pastificio Antonio Pallante S.r.L. -- 2.02
Atar S.r.L. -- 0.0 (de minimus)
If the final results remain the same, Commerce will instruct Customs to assess countervailing duties at these net subsidy rates.
Final determinations are due in December.
