Commerce determined revocation of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on pasta from Italy and Turkey would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping and countervailable subsidies.

Since the ITC issued its determination on September 27 finding revocation of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on pasta from Italy and Turkey would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time, Commerce published notice of the continuation of both the antidumping and countervailing orders.
